Smoothies are a great option, there’s an endless amount of combinations, you can include all the nutrients of a normal meal
And it’s quick to make and easy to have on the go
Really rate smoothies as a change up to your normal breakfast routine, or as a staple when you’re too busy to cook
Try this recipe, it’s an absolute favourite of mine
INGREDIENTS
240ml almond milk
50g protein powder
55g frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 tbsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS (real simple!)
Blend
